Sunny Bowls is a fast-casual, independently owned and operated soup concept with locations in downtown Chicago.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Sunny Bowls engaged DesignScout to create an identity for this brand-new, soup-forward fast casual. Because its name can signify many different foods served in a bowl, Sunny Bowls needed to clearly communicate soup, inspired by a variety of world cuisines.
THE COLLABORATION
The fresh brand features bold colors and playful illustrations to show how food celebrates the human spirit, the vibrancy of its cultures, and its role as a gesture of care and healing the world over.

Sunny Bowls opened mid-pandemic in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart to rave reviews. Since then, they have expanded their product offerings and will soon be adding additional locations.
